Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 66qq ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this website ("User", "you"). By browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you fully agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

If any user violates any of the above conditions, 66qq reserves the right to immediately suspend or close that account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided is false or incomplete, your account may be cancelled at any time.

Account Identity Verification

As part of 66qq's security process, we reserve the right to carry out identity verification (KYC). A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

66qq supports only the following mobile payment methods in Bangladesh:

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process; however, in unusual circumstances it may take longer.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same mobile number registered to the account. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

Before each withdrawal, 66qq reserves the right to verify the user's identity and confirm that the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

66qq offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that apply. General bonus terms are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).

Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing bonus winnings you must complete ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers.

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If you withdraw your original deposit before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games may carry a different contribution rate toward wagering — see the relevant game page for details.
• 66qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

VIP Program

66qq's VIP programme has five tiers in total. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Through regular and active play you can advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is credited to your account automatically each week. Cashback has no wagering requirements of its own. 66qq reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

66qq is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing through any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive methods.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play.
• Using another user's identity or impersonating someone else.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an advantage.

If any of the above activities are detected, 66qq reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

Account Closure & Temporary Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If the applicable wagering requirements have been met before closure, available balance may be withdrawn.

66qq may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected bonus abuse or fraud.
